Are you ready to grow as a leader and make a lasting impact in your community? The PILLAR Leadership Institute—Promoting Innovation, Leadership, Learning, Advancement, and Resilience—is a dynamic, year-long program designed to equip individuals across Mississippi with the skills, networks, and confidence to lead.

 

What You’ll Experience:

  • Hybrid Learning Model: Four engaging, self-paced online modules plus one virtual workshop.

  • In-Person Events: Connect with your cohort during two immersive gatherings, including a kickoff retreat at the Grammy Museum in Cleveland, MS (includes museum access and lunch).

  • Mentorship: Receive personalized guidance from experienced leaders across diverse fields.

  • Community Impact: Lead your own service project to make a tangible difference in your community.
