Course Description
The OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Training course is designed to provide entry-level workers with essential knowledge of occupational safety and health principles. This foundational course introduces participants to OSHA regulations and standards as they apply to a wide range of general industry workplaces, including manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, retail, and more.
Through instruction, real-world examples, and interactive discussion, students will learn how to identify, avoid, and prevent workplace hazards. Topics include hazard communication, walking and working surfaces, electrical safety, machine guarding, personal protective equipment (PPE), and an overview of employer responsibilities and worker rights under OSHA.
